When things are not working for us it is important to look at how we are living our life. Discovering and making changes in what is not working, and exploring what will work, is a worthwhile adventure to be taken.

I often hear how hard it is to change. There are myriad excuses given incredible power by millions of people each moment as to why they should not change or how they can’t. That same focus and energy can be used to make healthy changes. It is always a choice.

People say that they know the truth for them, and yet they are compelled to listen and follow what they call – parts of them – that want to do things against themselves. Stop giving power to those voices and take a stand for you, and you will find new pathways open in better directions than you ever imagined.

Do not wait for something or someone else to change in order for you to take care of you.  There is no excuse or reason that cannot be overcome or walked through when it comes to taking care of you.

The presence of fear is often used as a reason not to move forward. Who is fear and why do you give it so much power over your life? Fear is just fear and not real. Let go of fear and move forward.

When you are living in alignment with your truth, things magically line up to support you. When you stay stuck in old ways that do not work, it is always a struggle.

Be courageous, take action in your own behalf, and find out how much more fun and easy it is to be happy and healthy and free.

Enjoy the journey,
