Going inside to find the answers and the healing, is the most direct and simple way to live, heal and know, and you can have immediate results.
We have all the answers that we need inside, and if anything else is needed from the outside to support us we learn to access this information and know how to proceed.
We first learn to be quiet and be with our body and our breath to know who we are. Our lives are distracted all day and night; our body and being appreciates and quickly responds in positive ways to a much-needed focus, attention and rest.
Stop and close your eyes and breathe. It’s wonderful to create a special space to do this, and yet you can take some moments at your desk, in nature or anywhere and find a sweet peace and connection.
This practice heals and balances the body, quiets the mind, soothes the emotions and connects you to your soul.
It is a practice like everything else and is never perfect and yet becomes easier and more fulfilling over time.
Allow the thoughts and challenges to come up and return to your breath. Feel your breath as it moves in and out your nose and as it flows through your body; waking it up and coming more into you with each breath.
Keep your mind focused on peace and love when it wants to stray, and continue to sit, breathe and deepen your commitment to you. Smile.
A good beginning. Keep going. For now take time throughout the day for mini-meditation breaks.
