SIMPLE WAYS TO LIVE IN PEACE

Let go of the roles, rules and all that you are so sure of in your head.

What is true and real is rarely what you think.

Nothing has to be anything except for what it is.

Learning to accept life and people and you on your own terms allows peace of mind.

The body calms down when the mind is aligned with what is and knows how to respond and live.

You settle into your body and life when everything is real, instead of ideal or wrong.


Most of our unrest is in our mind. Is what you are thinking positive and true? Will it help you move forward in your life?

Create the life you want and live your truth, and let go of what is not you or yours.

Take action on everything you can, instead of just thinking about things.

Focus on what is positive, present and productive, enjoy your life and be at peace.
