To own our own experience, judgments and expectations, helps us come to terms with trust.
Trust is often confused, as it can be laced with desire for things, of others, or even one self, to be different than we are.
When you make peace with what is, you can trust it to be so.
You can trust others to act as they have always acted, and not how you want them to.
Trust begins with seeing a true picture, even when it is not what you wish were so.
We can trust that an alcoholic is going to drink, a cheater is going to cheat, and a lover is going to love.
Trust is about you making peace with the difference between your desires, and what is.
Begin with trusting you to see truth in all ways. Truth is discernment or clear seeing, without judgment.
When you know truth, you can easily navigate with wisdom and strength.
When you see and live truth you can trust, both you and others in all ways.
If we keep expecting someone to be different, when they have shown us otherwise, it is us we cannot trust.
Open your eyes and heart to truth, and trust what you know, and allow you and others to be free to be.
If you do not like things the way they are, the one you can change is you!
